Your trip begins by leaving the South Rim area in a roomy, deluxe Motorcoach or Van. You will navigate thru the Painted Desert area of Arizona.
Your 22 passenger raft then departs from the very base of the Dam! During the 15.5 mile float trip an experienced Colorado River Discovery guide will make you an expert on the Glen Canyon and its history. After a brief stop to marvel at ancient petroglyphs, lunch will be provided.
Your next destination is the ever unique Lee's Ferry, where your Motorcoach will be waiting to pick you up and return you to the Grand Canyon. Time depending, you may make a brief stop at the Cameron Trading Post to give you a taste of fine Southwestern arts and crafts on the Navajo Indian Reservation.
